Privacy Policy

EH-1 uses limited technical and usage data to understand how the app is used and to improve its stability. The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics for these purposes.

Google Analytics for Firebase may automatically collect app usage and engagement information. Depending on the device and app setup, this may include:

• app interactions, events, sessions, and general usage patterns;
• app version and device information, such as model, operating system, and language;
• general geographic information; and
• app-instance or installation identifiers.

This information is used to understand which parts of EH-1 are used, identify broad usage trends, and guide improvements. It is not used by EH-1 to identify you by name.

Firebase Crashlytics collects diagnostic information when EH-1 crashes or encounters certain errors. This may include crash logs, stack traces, relevant app state, the time of the event, app version, device model, operating-system details, and installation or session identifiers.

Crashlytics data is used to find, prioritize, and fix bugs and stability issues. It is not used for advertising by EH-1.

Analytics and crash data is transmitted to and processed by Google as the provider of Firebase services. Google may process data on servers in multiple countries. Its handling of this information is described in Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.

Data is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes above, subject to the retention settings and policies of Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

Removing EH-1 from your device stops future analytics events and crash reports from being sent by that installation.

This policy may be updated when EH-1 or the services it uses change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is made.
